All over the world mums and dads feel constantly fatigued. Before parenthood you probably felt pretty good, but now you might be battling with poor health, lack motivation and struggle to be happy and fulfilled.
How much energy we have affects every aspect of our lives from our mental and physical wellbeing, to how we look, our relationships, finances, sex life, sleep and even our ability to lead a meaningful existence.
That’s why I am determined to find out why we feel so tired and understand how we can start feeling good again.
What I have learned is that there are many different reasons why we experience low energy. I also know that parents are BUSY and don’t have a lot of time to search and read all the books and articles out there. That’s why I have created The Ed Talks podcast and website as a one-stop information hub that will cut through the fluff and make it quick and easy for you to start increasing your energy levels.
